Albarai Outdoor came into being after an approach from one of the biggest Public Service Colleges in the UK meant we were able to train their students for a career in the disciplined services here in Southern Spain. Such was the success of this venture, particularly with regards to feedback from the college and students alike, we are now in a position to offer the same mix of outdoor activities and cultural experiences to other groups.

Our service includes the provision and marking of assignments that meet Edexel criteria
Our staff are fully experienced in both working with young people, and leading expeditions. They also have a full working knowledge of the expedition areas. The expeditions will cover all assessment criteria for all wider key skills.
Safety on college trips is paramount, and all activities and accommodation have been risk assesed to UK standards. As well as this, all our staff are first aid trained or trauma care providers. They have also all been UK criminal background checked, or have undergone the Spanish equivalent. For peace of mind, we keep a low staff to pupil ratio, depending on the activity, and pre-safety visits are available where required.
These activity trips are great fun, and really benefit the students by allowing them the chance to experience a different culture, as well as helping to improve team building and social interaction within the group itself. Each pupil gains not only an improved fitness level from the activities, but also is helped to develop confidence and independence. The individual activities provide naturally produced evidence for assignments and key skills portfolios.
